Q: Do you sell any used, slightly damaged or scratched equipment?
A: No, we supply new equipment only.


Q: What do I do if my machine malfunctions within the 3 year warranty period?
A:If its a simple part that can be replaced by the operator the manufacturer will send out a new part. If its a more complicated matter the machine can be shipped back to be fixed and a loaner machine will be sent out by the manufacturer if one is available at that time.


Q: Do your machines come with an operations manual?
A: Yes, included with all equipment is an owners operations manual.


Q: Do you lease your equipment?
A:No, though we would be able to refer you to some finance companies
