What's our 3 day or 15% restocking fee return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with any of Dermatek equipment, DBS
will refund you the price of the equipment minus the shipping costs to and from
our facilities to your shipping address. There is a 3 day window to test
out your new Dermatek equipment. The equipment that is to be returned must be
shipped back to the return address on the box within a 3 day period
starting from the time you receive the equipment.For equipment that is to be
returned after the 3 day trial period, DBS will refund you the price of the
equipment minus the shipping costs to and from our facilities to your shipping
address plus a 15% restocking fee. |
